100x Oil, 2 day old Jabbed blood, suspected Microcapusules AND Crystals found forming inside of the blood cells !
So many different shapes, sizes, and internal features. It is almost an exciting venture seeing these structures showing in the blood, almost !
If these were Oocyst’s then they are the most unusual and varying Oocyst’s known to man. But i believe these are Microcapsules still.
There seems to be a notable relationship between these capsules and other varying phenomena occurring in the blood. There are crystalline growths near many of these capsule structures. Some structures seem to release fibrous strands, and i will assume for the time being that the mycelium like network taking over the whole slide is possibly a result of Clifford Carnicom’s Cross Domain Bacteria discovery (CDB). At times i can see more capsules being formed near false bubble areas and forming from locations on the mycelium network. There are so many things happening and so many variations that it is difficult to map them all consistently at this point.
Above we see enlarged masses of yellow material which seems to of formed from what were some of the capsules. All the capsules look like a range of different types and form different structures or materials. This would be highly unusual for what we know of fungal organisms or Oocyst’s. crystal structures can be noted at this location again.
A suspected microcapsule seen forming a fibrous strand. It is a much smaller fiber than the large ones most usually notice forming in the blood but many of these can be seen forming at much higher magnification as seen here, 100x
Inside these and other RBC’s we can see crystals forming of varying shapes and sizes. At the same time we see varying ribbon and much larger crystalline structures in the blood plasma itself. We know some of these larger structures are largely polymer as seen in previous articles posted here.
The mycelium like network seen forming throughout the blood is very clear on a microscope of this quality at 100x oil. The patterning of these formations does not seem familiar to me but could easily give the impression it is of a fungal nature. It seems the larger cyst like attachments may be able to form into microcapsule like structures seen on the right in the red blood area.
In the next post i will show some of the Videos from activity within the blood cells.
Karl ! - wanted to congratulate your new Leica setup. Visibly, the photos are MUCH better than your original setup. Another thing, I wanted to commend you on reporting "reasonable" magnifications. Briefly, a couple months ago we saw everybody jump on the bandwagon of extremely high "magnification." We saw claims of 2000x, 5000x even 10,000x - which in truth only made me smile. Such claims have fallen into the trap of "empty magnification." Sure... one can "magnify" an image to the size of a highway billboard, say a "million x", but the RESOLUTION stays at 300x or 800x. The best objective lenses Leica sells are "only" in the range of 120x, provided oil immersion is used. Phase contrast might be able to boost resolution a bit, but not that much, maybe an added 100x considering TOTAL magnification. The objective is where the resolution comes from. The eyepieces, or oculars, most commonly are 10x, rarely you will find 20x in use. Why so low? Because the eyepiece does not provide increased resolution; it only provides magnification of the image provided by the objective. This means resolution is the SAME with a 10x eyepiece, or a 20x eyepiece. Another limitation is higher eyepiece magnification provides a narrower field of view, so you really cant scan over a large sample area nearly as fast as with a 10x. Here is a useful link that explains all this, which also defines the limit of optical microscopes: https://www.leica-microsystems.com/science-lab/microscopy-basics/beware-of-empty-magnification/ Best wishes!
Observationally, at Tuft's University, Michael Levin is doing a tremendous amount of work with his lab of 32 people on synthetic life. He is pretty wide open to communication though first I'd suggest reviewing some of his Youtube channel. I would be very interested, and I am sure you would be as well, in any observations. And I think he would as well. If he is unaware of this phenomena that too would be interesting. https://youtu.be/4d2SC3MFTBI?t=64
