More precision images from my modified microscope setup.

I haven’t got time for all the words to go with this but wanted to share the latest images while I am working on it still. The work is going well where microscopy is concerned thanks to my Franken-enhanced-dark-field setup. I am compiling correlations and doing new tests. But I am still trying to get used lab gear for precision Identification of the crazy amount of stuff they have put in here. This is disgraceful technology of mind boggling complexity. Its going to be a quick point and describe here today, more coming soon.

Streaks of Hybridized Lipid-nano-particles (HLNP’s) left behind after drying. Many of the HLNP’s have have begun forming into lipid structures, unsure if these have reached the Multi-lamaller stage of complexity yet, looks like the larger vesicles are headed that way.

Polymerized hydrogel with indentations that I now begin to realize are likely lipids in the cargo which have spaced themselves during polymerization from liquid or gel phases. Often the cargo and constructive materials can be seen forming internally or caught in a slower process of assembly.

Blue particles are HLNP’S which have not yet assembled to final stages. These form smaller particles which are not visible with light microscopes.

In the areas most outer of the swab droplet baby HLNP’s are seen concentrated in striations of lipid or liquid material which is not water, possibly a mix of hydrogel and lipids.

A good mix of morphological stages can be seen here. from left to right we can observe the assembling stages of maturity. From particle all the way up to lipids and then larger lipids with thicker membranes.

Clusters of the less mature particles with greatly detailed HLNP’s on the outside borders which resemble a coastal line.

Fascinating colour profiles are seen in various lipid structures once they have formed from the smaller spherical HLNP’s. Top right we can see that less mature particles distribute differently and take on the dendrite form of branching.

It takes a while to observe all the relevant details in this image. One of those details being the membrane of the large structures and its colour variances. The colour signatures are complementary indication of the fact its membrane is form from the smaller but still complex lipids that develop from HLNP’s. The same coloured features are being observed in RBC’s as the lipid material integrates with blood cells before altering RBC function.

This is the pipe Mario will be sliding down any second now, keep watching! The unnatural shapes formed by complex lipid structures are a curious thing. The membranes of all large vesicles showing strong colour or iridescence as in the other image.

I think you get the idea here, same as in a few images before.

Very high magnification image of areas that revealed great optical passage. This is the only image I used the advanced up-scaling tools on. It doesn’t work well on all images and sometimes it will add artistic artifacts. For some images it provides excellent enhancement for optically original results.
