As always, i almost thought this was a hoax at first. But it’s not!
Microscopy sent to me be a very cool person who has worked in genomics.
The contributor wishes to remain anonymous and prefers to be referred to by the name Dutch Microscopy. He was thinking the characters were maybe roman numerals. Several of us looked at the images and cant quite make out the order in a way it makes sense. Maybe if we are lucky we might be able to get hold of the PC raw camera image to see this in better quality. It was taken from a phone shot of their screen. The sample was a degrading blood sample.
We took screen shots from the video since we did not want to disclose the audio or voicing of the microscopist. Familiar layout and morphological features are seen here.
The video was allowing no questions here. Something rare and unusual is seen. I have no idea why you would make obvious features like this viewable in any case, but clearly it has happened here. Not a great deal to say about this but i thought it warranted sharing this awesome photo opportunity.

Hi Karl, Yes, they're still doing it... Many years ago (over a decade) I saw an article on Morgellon's disease. This type of alpha numeric coding was found in hair from a woman's arm in California. This tells us a few things. 1) This technology has been played with by our intel for quite some time, more than a decade. 2) This nano-tech is still in use today, possibly even using the same exact processes. If we think about how long chemtrails have inundated our skies - at least 25 years, maybe closer to 30 years. The Q-dots we see in our blood today could well have also been dumped into our air from chemtrails way back then. Who knows how long we've been their lab rats.
And for the person posting about a "code" of XIIb etc., here is some clarification of that list you linked (now deleted). That was a list of German small businesses probably for taxation purposes. It was from Bavaria, where a lot of woodworking still goes on today. That "code" is the designation of "cabinet maker". Möbel means furniture, Tischlerei means cabinetmaker. If you ran a cabinet shop, your business was encoded XIIb. FYI: I run a spy business on the side, encoded 007 - LOL!
