WoW! Staining of the swab solution show amazing chemical transitions. It is producing other material when it should not be !
Swab shows transitions through stain colors indicating compositional changes occurring. Nice lava lamp like videos lower down !
The swabs are supposed to take a sample from you, not produce material as if they were the material in the so called vaccine.
I am just playing around with stains at this stage. Not staining for anything in particular but seeing which stains adhere to the material obtained from mixing the swab in the supplied buffer which of course behaves exactly like the material in the vaccines. What is interesting is that as time passes the color of structures changes as well as them moving and morphing. So it would seem that these structures are going through varying chemistry related processes in order to unpack and produce other materials or chains of activity. The dye will want to adhere to molecules it is compatible with, so we could assume that while these structures change color over time it shows the composition changing. See the color changes below between shots and see the time stamp bottom right for reference.
The whole process was amazing to watch and to my surprise adding as many as 3-5 simple stains did not seem to effect or hinder the processes as compared without so far. The stains used were Safranin, Lactophenyol cotton blue( Often used for fungal organisms), Malachite green (often used for algae), Neutral red (fungal too), Giemsa (parasites and more), Crystal violet (various). a tiny drop of each was dropped in the buffer and it was applied to a slide after just for craps and giggles.
In the rear path of the bubbling reactions structures began to appear with interesting details within them. A form of complexity can be noted all though i do not understand yet what has been created here
Essentially we can see that after the liquid phase reactions dry out red and brown pigmented particles can be seen. This was formed by the bubble looking capsules that were stained blue presumably and floating around. The sample continues to go through different stages of change and growth, even now while i write this.
So give it time and some of this staining could be meaningful depending on the references i find in order to help give indication as to why these structures stain the colors they do. This is not standard biology and the behavior of the stains here is not easy to understand in the same manor. I assume we are seeing a mixture of proteins, possibly peptides, and other materials being produced by the capsules in early stages.
So above we can see the instant drop on slide shows the lactophenyol cotton blue in most of these lipid capsule structures, this can also stain Chitin. We do not see the red stains much which you might expect to attach to proteins mostly and maybe fungal organisms of some types.
After the reaction begins to finish we see the blue stains disappear in most structures due to composition change after all the chemistry magic. (Ignore the long crystals, they are sometimes an undesired feature of neutral red stain).
Thanks for reading my work again. Please remember i do this and nothing else since i got ill 3 years ago and i appreciate your help in keeping my research going. Please see my other articles too as they are reveal much of interest too. We are all in this together and i want to want answers to the global tragedy unfolding more than i wish to live. Power to the people !
Karl - Good grief ! The more detail you show in these samples, the crazier it all looks. Like, what the hell is going on in the swab solution man ? This is a mind-blow seeing those blue dots (proto-cells?) as they approach the edge, hit the edge, then turn around and book it off in opposite direction.......man I swear it looks like competition swimmers in an Olympic pool doing lane laps. Crazy stuff in several of the still images too.
Excellent. Excellent! But please Karl, leave the lava lamps back in the 60's where they belong.
You're really pulling incredible clarity of detail with your new scope.
