Fancy Morgizo...i mean Chorizo !
Fibers growing in meat, A sandwich i could not eat.
A large blue mass that in my Chorizo that needed investigating.
After making a bet with my self that the blue speckles embedded in my Chorizo fat were fibers i decided to take a look. The images were taken over 3 days. Water was added and indeed everything grew from the site where fibers were already present upon initial microscopic viewing without water. Not much needs to be said here, so i will just post the images over 3 days. its hard to tell, but the fiber mess site clearly was growing substantially.
