At the moment i am only using a budget Amscope with 9MP camera. Its only about £520 new. However I have modified mine by rebuilding the light source from a 1w to a 5w led and custom power supply. I also made my own high power Led ring light on a gooseneck for arial light source. Ebay has some good used scopes from Amscope level upto olympus and leica quality. For must budget will do. I have no idea about local blood analysts and the only ones I'm in contact with are still trying to work out what to tell their patients this stuff is without sounding crazy. So I imagine that as much as they truly suspect this is nanotechnology that they might not actually say it. Some are being honest and saying that they think it is the tech they see.
No, in this case it is the presence of the other material that has enhanced it. I've done thousasnds of blood slides of just my own blood now in 3 years. I can say its never been that bad with rouleaux by a very long shot. Not even when I had most of my Lyme infections and my blood would decay rapidly on slide waas it ever that bad.

Lyme if found early can be cured/killed with Chlorine Dioxide (Also known as MMS), taken hourly (8 hours minimum per day) for 2 or more weeks. In one case, my 6 year old Australian Shepherd contracted a terrible case of Lyme following in the heels of a traumatic experience with a crook who called himself a dog trainer (in Ravena NY). I think that trauma compromised her immune system.. enabling her to succumb. I say that because in 46 years of keeping Aussies, I'd never had one get Lyme Disease before.. OK .. the cure.. I put her on Chlorine Dioxide about 4 times per day, for 7 days and she recovered so well..... she came into heat for the first time in her life! So, bottom lime, Lyme like so many other pathogens, can be destroyed with a long season of MMS therapy. The longer you've had Lyme the longer you need to stay on the protocol, because those intelligent little bastards create 'Biofields' to hide behind. THat's why antibiotics are useless (counterproductive actually).. Only the Chlorine Dioxide can bust those shields open and get to the village beyond. Last comment.. I'm 67 and the only medications I have taken in the last 50 years are Chlorine Dioxide, DMSO, Calcium Hypochlorite, Hypochlorous Acid, Colloidal Silver, and a variety of herbs.
