Which scope setup do you have? Maybe just a few tweaks and setting changes is all you need. You shod be able to see most of these things on yours, except it will likely just be more mono in colour and have less resolution making it a little less obvious.

Yes, this scope is highly lacking compared to a lab grade microscope. It is rather cool because it is all in one. The imager is only 0.4MP which is likely fairly light sensitive but with very low object resolution. The objectives see to appear like generic Chinese ones. I reckon it is a nifty little scope, but very restricted for viewing these materials clearly or detecting them.
The level of detail in these nightmare blood samples is staggering, with little resemblance to live blood tests of the past. Such disturbing images. How can the human body function or survive these bastard mad scientists' weapons? Sadly humanity probably won't.

Unfortunately vets, and pet owners have been noticing increase in animal health issues too. My mate now gives her dog a little sodium citrate in her water everyday and that has helped considerably. It also stopped the lumps of plastic forming on the dogs chest, not just mood and energy improvements. I have looked at and seen others showing animal blood. It can even be used to put the solid artifacts under the diamond ATR too. Except it isnt functional still, need service docs or a big donation for another machine.

The lenses were not the most expensive but did come from proper optics companies and the rest was all designed using standard electrical and cooling concepts. But the combo is amazing and still achieves a new world first. I dar say there is always room for improvement. I'd like a smaller led surface area, and better quality reflective lighting transfer tube. But all in all great as the images show
