I have quite a meagre low sugar diet. I take some vitamins (magnesium, selenium etc) but not specifically for the synthetic Triffid invasion. I'm progressively keeping to an alkaline diet (celery, tomato, cucumber, avocado, greens, almond nuts etc. ) to reduce bodily acidity.

It is extremely hard to find someone who can diagnose all coinfection and then give all the right protocols. Importantly you need a very well experienced person in this field to monitor and help. I would of struggled if I assumed I had all 40 plus coinfection ascosciated with Lyme since many take a different protocol to eradicate. Find a really good Lyme literate doctor, get tests at igenex in the USA or armin labs in Germany for Lyne and full coinfections would be my start. I couldn't afford it and so it was cheaper for me to learn obsessively. In my case it has paid off

I don’t know what existed before Biblical times-I read a whole lot of stuff about dinosaurs being fraudulent, and I already was doubting them, but now I really don’t think they existed. I do realise how The Bible has been tampered with, especially by this Scofield character. I know at least one book was taken out by the jews, I’ve read part of it-some jews didn’t like it as it talks about the giants on or “in” the earth, called the Nephalim. Is there anything you’re taking to help mitigate the damage caused by these “creatures” in your blood?
I have quite a meagre low sugar diet. I take some vitamins (magnesium, selenium etc) but not specifically for the synthetic Triffid invasion. I'm progressively keeping to an alkaline diet (celery, tomato, cucumber, avocado, greens, almond nuts etc. ) to reduce bodily acidity.
I eat very few manufactured foods. I'm monitoring what others are doing/taking such as EDTA chelation but am currently standing back from these interventions mostly because I'm exhausted and can't keep up with the voluminous reading, the processing of it all, (or readily access EDTA IV chelation therapy).
I believe a relaxed mind/body attitude and inner calmness (especially amidst the Twilight Zone gaslighting of reality and all the tyranny) is supremely important. Holding on to joy and laughter despite the gloom. Finding renewed inspiration.
There might be multiple solutions to this problem, possibly some very simple solutions not yet discovered or widely known. I think we have to approach this from multiple angles and stay grounded.
Keeping your extracellular fluid PH up toward 7 may help you. It's easy with baking soda or Sodium Citrate.

Great, have you tested your urine with PH strips to see where you're at on the alkaline level? Your urine reflects the PH of your extracellular fluids generally reflective of your body PH. It's generally pretty accurate. Anaerobic bacteria don't like an alkaline environment.
Yes, I started using PH strips to test my urine and managed to raise the PH level up to a more favourable alkalinity level, thereby reducing the acidity. I also bought Dr. Robert Young's book, the pH Miracle. I understand the interstitual fluids mechanism that he focuses on, it makes a lot of good sense. I initially started the alkalinity approach two years ago but it all came crashing down. I lost all my hair in April 2021 (another story). Consuming grapefruit, lemons and limes in early 2022 did not suit me - too 'sweet' in fructose I believe. It was a disaster. This time around I'm focusing on vegetable greens, celery, avocado, cucumber, almond nuts, etc..

So lemme ask ... is your blood looking better from the sodium citrate and other stuff you're doing or are you not able to see a difference in your blood? I'm just wondering if, once our RBCs are so taken over, if it's possible to have normal RBCs again. I know the lifespan of an RBC is about 120 days, but are we able to make normal new ones and have them not be corrupted by the bad ones?
Admittedly this is how your blood looks like on most scopes when actually it has the NP's, colloidal clusters and molecules embedded in it. Traditionally known as exhinocytosis. The sodium citrate helps with what might be a quarter of the product. For me it is mostly the symptom part and the blood does not look majorly improved. There are likely 3 other arms of the hydrogel making products and as far as I am aware it does not key those apart. 8 am currently trying luceferon and cellulase enzymes for chitosan and cellulase hydrogel disassembly. I'm not sure if it's working yet and I only got indications of chitosan and alginate hydrogel so far when staining samples. So much more to learn.

He’s got some really good up to date research also about what’s happening with our bodies. This is not for the feint hearted though, as people say. It’s downright scary, but we need to know some things, and what we can do about them.

It is extremely hard to find someone who can diagnose all coinfection and then give all the right protocols. Importantly you need a very well experienced person in this field to monitor and help. I would of struggled if I assumed I had all 40 plus coinfection ascosciated with Lyme since many take a different protocol to eradicate. Find a really good Lyme literate doctor, get tests at igenex in the USA or armin labs in Germany for Lyne and full coinfections would be my start. I couldn't afford it and so it was cheaper for me to learn obsessively. In my case it has paid off
Yeah, I can't afford it either. I've been fighting this battle for 7 years now. Pretty much tapped out . Lucky u got it figured out, me not so much.
In 2020 I saw a doctor named Dr. Gregory Nigh. In September of 23 he wrote an article on ResearchGate on which enzymes to take. This article was written with Dr. Peter McCullough, so don't know exactly what Dr. Nigh believes about covid at this point in time. Nattokinase was mentioned (not surprised), alkaline serine protease, and fibrinolytc caseinolytic serratiopeptidase. Not sure what Karl is gong to try with enzymes, but will be anxious to know. I do know that when Dr. Nigh first found out that he was required to take this shot he said take enzymes before and continue taking. I believe his whole staff did the same. He said it destroys the lipid structure. Maybe it is too late for that. If interested in the article can provide. Jane
